Longshore Women's Golf Association wrapped up its season on Tuesday with the 36-hole Fall Cup. Played over two weeks, the Fall Cup drew 25 players. It was the last of four major championships on the season.

In the first flight the winners were Alison Tane (first place gross) and Yvonne Dougherty (first place net). To add to the drama, Alison Tane had a hole-in-one on the eighth hole, a 123-yard hole that she attacked with a 7-iron.

In the second flight, Topsy Siderowf and Barbara Fucigna came in on top. Third flight winners were Sarah Kelly and Judy Beavers.

The closing banquet will be held Oct. 28 at 6:30 at the Red Barn.
