Girls basketball: Greens Farms Academy split a pair of games last week, losing to Greenwich Academy 49-33 on Feb. 4, and defeating Harvey School 43-36 two days later.

In the win over Harvey in Katonah, N.Y., senior Meighan Grady scored 14 points for the Dragons. Sophomore Claire Comey added 12 points, showing an ability to play outside the arc and in the paint. Eighth grader Lexi Kimball recorded 11 points and guarded Harvey's best player.

Against Greenwich Academy, Comey led the way with 10 points, while Kimball had seven points and five steals. Grady and Jessica Liu combined for eight points and 10 steals.

Boys basketball: GFA clinched the Fairchester Athletic Association regular-season title by virtue of Brunswick's 57-53 loss to Rye Country Day on Feb. 7. The Dragons (15-2, 11-1) will compete in the NEPSAC tournament beginning on Feb. 20.

Girls squash: GFA lost to Convent of the Sacred Heart 5-2 on Feb. 4 and defeated Ethel Walker 13-1 two days later.

In the loss to Sacred Heart, senior Leah Jennings played a smart match, forcing her opponent to move corner to corner. Jennings eventually earned a 3-1 win. Junior Kaitlin Ball, playing at No. 7, won 3-0. Ball played a fast-paced game and never allowed her opponent to gain any rhythm in the match.

Boys squash: The Dragons defeated Rye High 9-5 on Feb. 6.

Seniors Rashad Nimr and Spencer Hartig, sophomore Scott Brown and freshman Jack Mackle won their matches convincingly. Junior Danny Ross and freshmen Jack Davenport and Will Logan also posted wins.
