Former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles is ready to pass his home in Haddonfield, NJ, to a new owner. The Super Bowl MVP from Austin, Texas recently signed a lucrative deal to join the Jacksonville Jaguars and has moved out of his Jersey residence.

The 30-year-old signal caller listed the traditional-style home for $799,000. He bought it brand-new in 2017 for $700,000.

Foles' listing means an Eagles superfan can live the dream of owning the Super Bowl star’s abode. Talk about memorabilia!

Listing agent Val Nunnenkamp notes the home's “close proximity to Philadelphia, shore points, all highways, walking distance to downtown Haddonfield, and a great private yard.”

Put on your game face, and let's take a look inside.

Only two years old, the 4,200-square-foot home is spacious and has four beds and 2.5 baths.

The foyer is graced with a high ceiling and dramatic 6-foot chandelier. Throughout the home, there's oak hardwood flooring and gray-hued walls as well as an abundance of natural light. The master wing of the house features two large walk-in closets, a custom shower, and soaking tub.

The main floor includes a formal dining room with Juliette balcony overlooking the new yard. The chef's kitchen opens to a spacious family room. Downstairs there's a tiled sunroom with 15-foot-high ceiling; the room opens to the patio and yard, which has plenty of space to toss around the pigskin.

Dog lovers will appreciate the mud room, which leads to the garage, which is equipped with custom shelving and a dog wash.

Coming off the bench at the end of the 2017 season, Foles wound up leading the Eagles to their first Super Bowl win, and was named MVP of the game. Earlier this year, the QB signed a four-year, $88 million deal with the Jaguars.
