KMS Partners, a Westport real estate agency with Coldwell Banker Real Estate, has won Coldwell Banker's No. 1 Team in Fairfield County Award for five years and the No. 1 Team Award for the State of Connecticut in 2012.

The group is comprised of agents Mary Ellen Gallagher, Sheila Keenan, Karen Scott, Susan Seath and David Weber, according to a news release.

They have over 80 years of collective experience in residential real estate and have closed over $800 million in sales.
