Today's forecast for southwestern Connecticut calls for sunny skies with temperatures reaching into the mid-40s -- conditions expected to hold right on through the weekend and into early next week.
The National Weather Service says there will also be a north wind today, registering between 8 and 13 mph.
Tonight will be partly cloudy, with the temperature falling to a low in the upper-20s. There will be a west wind between 3 and 5 mph.
Tomorrow will be mostly sunny again, with a high temperature in the mid-40s. Nighttime will be partly cloudy, with a low in the upper-20s, the NWS says.
Sunny conditions also prevail Sunday, with a high temperature in the low-40s. Sunday night will be mostly clear, with a low around 30 degrees.
More sun is in the forecast for Monday, the weather service predicts, with a high temperature in the mid-40s.
And Tuesday is expected to be the same.
