JoyRide Cycling Studio in Westport is organizing a team to compete at SpinOdyssey, an indoor cycling event planned in Norwalk in March to raise money for the fight against breast cancer, the studio said.

SpinOdyssey is scheduled March 4, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at Intensity Fitness and Tennis Club in Norwalk. Approximately 40 teams are expected to compete.

Riders may participate for two, four or six hours, while raising money from pledge donors. Proceeds will be divided between the American Cancer Society's breast cancer research and Norwalk Hospital's Wittingham Cancer Center, according to the release.
