Education: Bridgewater-Raritan High School (formerly Bridgewater-Raritan HS West); B.S. in civil engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology; MBA from UConn; and Master of Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
The most important issue in this election: Balancing the needs for change with the needs to preserve the character of the town and its environment.

Family: Married for going on 38 years in December and my wife is private banker working in the city. We have lived in Westport for 27 years. We have 3 adult children ages 31, 27, and 23. All three have gone through all of the Westport Schools: one is an attorney, one is a banker, and one is an accountant studying for her CPA.
Previous elected offices, community group affiliations: Prior to first term on ZBA, I served on the Westport Flood and Erosion Board for 10 years with the last 2 years as chair.
