An expert on family relationships and an acclaimed sex therapist will headline Chabad of Westport's 10th annual family and parenting conference Wednesday evening, Feb. 29, at the Westport Inn.

The program is planned at 7 p.m. and is titled "Intimate Relationships, A Modern Day Challenge," Chabad said in a news release. It is open to women only.

Speakers include Rebbetzin Goldie Plotkin of Ontario, Canada, a mentor to the Jewish community, and Marlene Wasserman, a South African sexologist, author and international radio-show host known popularly as "Dr. Eve."

Plotkin leads seminars on marriage, relationships and parenting and will discuss what Judaism has to offer on human sexuality.

Wasserman, who holds a doctorate in human sexuality, will lead an adult-level discussion of sex and intimacy.

Refreshments will be served. Lingerie and body and home products from Soleil Toile of Westport will be available for purchase. The Westport Inn is at 1595 Post Road East.
