Get yourself in shape for the Monday's big parade at the Memorial Day Weekend Yoga Workshop Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. at Kaia Yoga, 1200 Post Road East. The cost is $25 in advance and $35 on the day of the session. Visit or call 203-532-0660.

On Saturday, take in the Staples Players production of "Almost Maine," in the school's black box theater, 70 North Ave. There will be a matinee at 4 p.m and an evening show at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15; $10 for students. Stroll the streets Sunday and take in the display and sale of 79 artists' work throughout the downtown as part of the Westport Downtown Merchants Association's ongoing "Art About Town" public arts celebration. For more information visit

Everybody loves a parade, so grab a spot Monday for the town's Memorial Day parade. The parade steps off at 9 a.m. from Saugatuck Elementary School on Riverside Avenue, goes up Riverside Avenue to the Post Road and then to Town Hall on Myrtle Avenue. A ceremony follows on Veterans Green across from Town Hall.
