Talk on alimony reform slated

Connecticut Alimony Reform, a group lobbying for changes in the state's alimony laws, has planned a meeting from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 6, at the Westport VFW, 465 Riverside Ave.
The meeting is free and open to the public, but reservations are required. The group said the substance and politics of alimony reform in Connecticut and around the country would be discussed, and there will be an opportunity for audience members to ask questions.
Light refreshments will be served; drinks will be available at a cash bar.
