Smart Kids with Learning Disabilities Inc., the Westport-based nonprofit that offers education and support services to parents of children with learning disabilities, has named two new directors and two new members of its professional advisory board.

Named to the board of directors were Gary Phelan of Westport, a lawyer and principal in the Westport office of with Cohen and Wolf P.C., and Greg Wood of Westport, also a lawyer and the president of GRMC Solutions, which provides services to the finance industry.

Smarts kids announced the appointments in a news release.

Named to its professional advisory board were Ellen Littman, a clinical psychologist in Mt. Kisco, N.Y., and Andrea Greer Silvia, founder of the Andrea Greer Silvia Dyslexia Center in Greenwich.
