The Westport Center for Senior Activities has planned programs on holiday health tips and card stamping, plus a movie-and-supper gathering during the week of Dec. 3.

On Tuesday, Dec. 4, wellness consultant Adam Propper will present "Holiday Tips for Staying Healthy and Happy" from 1 to 2 p.m. He is a chiropractor and expert in anti-aging and pain management.

On Thursday, Dec. 6, there will be a program making greeting cards using the card-stamping method from 9:30 to 11 a.m. The cost is $5 and includes materials to hand-stamp five all-occasion cards.

On Thursday, Dec. 6, the film "Grumpy Old Men" will be screened at 3:15 p.m., followed by a light supper. The 1993 romantic comedy stars Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau as a pair of retirees and longtime rivals who vie for the affections of an attractive new neighbor, played by Ann-Margret.

A supper of sandwich wraps, chips and beverages will follow. The cost is $6.
