Curtis Johnson, 26, of Bridgeport was arrested on Jan. 23 at 1:13 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.
According to the report, Johnson was seen by police traveling in his vehicle extremely slowly on Wilton Road and crossing over the double yellow centerline. Johnson was pulled over, and the officer detected a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, police said. Johnson failed a field sobriety test and was arrested.
Johnson's bail was set at $500 and he is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Jan. 2.
Walter Bagdon, 83, of Westport was arrested on Jan. 23 at 12:35 p.m. on a charge of breach of peace. According to the report, Bagdon was involved in a dispute with a neighbor where he allegedly threw a punch.
Bagdon's bail was released on a promise to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Feb. 4.
