Tami Stamp, 18, of Norwalk was arrested on Nov. 11 at 9:15 a.m. on a charge of failure to pay or plead.

According to the report, Stamp turned herself in on a warrant stemming from an alleged trespassing in July.

Stamp's bail was set at $150 and she is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Nov. 20.

Jeffrey Giannone, 55, and Ellen Giannone, 52, both of Westport were arrested on Nov. 11 at 6 p.m.. Jeffrey was charged with second-degree assault and Ellen was charged with disorderly conduct.

According to the report, police were told by the Norwalk Hospital Emergency Department that Ellen was in their care with injuries occurred during a domestic dispute. An investigation revealed that she and Jeffrey had been involved in an argument earlier that evening that turned into a physical fight. Jeffrey allegedly threw her against a stove, causing a head laceration.

Jeffrey's bail was set at $10,000 and Ellen was released on a promise to appear. Both were scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Nov. 12.
