WESTPORT — A Norwalk man was charged with criminal violation of protective order after a Jan. 9 incident.
Officers were dispatched to an unnamed victim’s address in Westport around 9:40 a.m. on a report Kenneth Keusch violated a protective order, which said he was to have no contact with the victim, except via email.
Keusch, 52, violated the order by using a third party to go to the victim’s property and retrieve items on his behalf, police said. He was taken into custody and released after posting a $2,500 bond. He was scheduled to appear in Norwalk Court Jan. 10.
