Westport-based Music for Youth will conclude its 2012-13 Free Young Persons' Concert Series on Saturday, April 20, with a performance by pianist Alex Moutouzkine.

It will take place at 2 p.m. at Pequot Library, 720 Pequot Ave., Fairfield.

Moutouzkine, considered a master of the piano, has won several competitions, including the Astral Artists' 2009 National Auditions, according to a news release. He recently debuted with the Greenwich Symphony in Greenwich and Berlin Philharmonic in Berlin, Germany, and at New York City's Lincoln Center.

He has also made appearances in Philadelphia, Pa.; Colombia; Puerto Rico; Beijing, China; and Japan.

Moutouzkine holds music degrees from conservatories in Russia and Germany, and a master's degree from the Manhattan School of Music, where he is currently a teaching associate.

The 50-minute recital is free for all families with children and geared towards ages 5-18.

No tickets or advanced sign-up are required; adults without children should make a goodwill donation.
