A motorcyclist faces charges after police said he failed to cooperate with officers after being stopped on Main Street last week.
Benjamin Massimi, 36, of Richmondville Avenue, initially would not provide a license or registration at the officer’s request, and later became increasingly non-compliant, according to the Sept. 16 report.
Massimi was charged with interfering with an officer, and also issued two infractions for operating a motor vehicle out of state registration and having an out-of-state license (beyond 30 days).
Bond was set at $1,000 and he is scheduled to appear Sept. 28 at state Superior Court in Norwalk.
