Born on Nov. 22, 1908, in Cavallare, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Pagliaro.
A Westport resident for the past 57 years, she was a former member of the Catholic Daughters of America, Court Assumption. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
Survivors include five daughters, Angelina Carusone and her husband Joseph of Anzio, Italy, Elizabeth Petretta and her husband Rocco of Westport, Josephine Bertoldo of Meriden, Antonia Prentice of Monroe, and Ann Izzo of Westport; two sons, Anthony Izzo and his wife Margie of Tarheel, N.C., and Joseph Izzo of Westport; 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by six brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will take place at 9:15 a.m. Monday at the Harding Funeral Home, 210 Post Road East, and at 10 a.m. in Assumption Church, 98 Riverside Ave., for a Mass of Christian Burial.
