Man faces drug charges after Westport traffic stop
Harry Berrios, 46, of Bridgeport, was charged around 9 a.m. Sunday with possession of a controlled substance (narcotics) and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was pulled over for having a cracked windshield and not displaying a front license plate.
During the stop, police said they discovered used syringes containing heroin residue.
Berrios was taken into custody without incident. Bond was set at $1,000 and he is scheduled to appear Feb. 23 in Norwalk Superior Court.
