Jonathan Lieber, 37, of 30 Cranbury Road, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive right and traveling unreasonably fast around 2:30 a.m. Saturday. He was pulled over after being observed weaving as he drove west on Partrick Road. Lieber was also clocked traveling 40 miles an hour in a 25-mph zone, police said.

He allegedly had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and was placed under arrest after failing a field sobriety testing. Lieber refused to take a Breathalyzer test at police headquarters.

Bond was set at $500 and he is scheduled to appear Sept. 13 in Norwalk Superior Court.
