Neal Salisbury, 36, of Weston was arrested about 12:45 a.m. April 30 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to obey traffic signal commission signs.

According to the report, Salisbury was seen driving on Weston Road and then drove straight while in a "right turn only" lane. He was pulled over and the officer detected an allged odor of alcohol on his breath. He failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Salisbury's bail was set at $500 and he is scheduled to appear May 7 in Norwalk Superior Court.
