Man charged with text messaging threats to family
A Westport man has been charged with making numerous threats to his father and other relatives, according to police.
Ronald Marsillio Jr., 25, of Bluff Point was charged last Friday with three counts of second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief.
Marsillio made the threats via text messaging, as well caused property damage to his father's home.
Marsillio was held in lieu of $40,000 and was scheduled to have appeared Monday to appear in Norwalk Superior Court.
