John Musor, 24, of Quarter Mile Road, Westport, was arrested about 5:30 p.m. May 23 on charges of breach of peace, branding of facsimile firearms, narcotic possession not in original container and possession of a controlled substance

He was arrested after a U.S. Census employee told police that as he approached a home, he saw Musor standing in the driveway with what appeared to be a gun in his waistband.
