Main Street building that houses Bobby Q's sold for $9.2M
A two-story, 9,982-square-foot building on Main Street, which houses Bobby Q's restaurant and several other commercial tenants, has been sold for $9,200,000, according to information supplied by the Town Clerk's office.
The property at 36-42 Main St., built in 1930, was sold Nov. 13 by Andrew Friedman to 36 Main LP located on Old Kings Highway South in Darien.
The property sits on 0.2-acre of land zoned BCD, business center district. Current tenants, in addition to the restaurant, include Brownstone, Shoe Inn, Lili Design and Born to Explore.
The buyer has not announced what his plans are for the property, according to the HK Group, the broker for the transaction
