The thing I like most about Jim Marpe and Avi Kaner is that they are decisive decision makers. Yes, they take the time to listen and build consensus on tough issues, but when the time comes, they tell you where they stand, they lead and they get things done. No waffling and no procrastination from these two, and they've proven it over time, just look at their records on the Board of Education and the Board of Finance.

If real, results based on leadership are more important to you than party labels, then you want to be voting for Jim Marpe and Avi Kaner on Nov. 5.
