Total value of the properties sold is $6,051,850, generating conveyance taxes of $14,494.63.

The Town Clerk's office also reports the transfer of 301 Post Road East, Unit 12, sold to Philip W. Choi by Robert R. and Barbara Comstock for $350,000, resulting in a conveyance tax of $875. The transfer, erroneously omitted by the Town Clerk's office, took place between July 16-20.
