WESTPORT — A Bridgeport man is facing charges after he was pulled over for having illegal tints on his car, police said.
Police said Jason Ferguson, 33, was spotted traveling westbound on Post Road East with heavily-tinted windows and no tint sticker.
After stopping the vehicle, police learned that Ferguson was driving with a suspended license. A background search also revealed the 33-year-old had an active warrant for his arrest stemming from a failure to appear in court.
Ferguson was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, illegal use of tinted glass and second-degree failure to appear. He was held on a $1,000 bond ahead of a Feb. 9 court date.
