Celebrate the romantic month of February with some special films at the Westport Library. All will be shown on Thursdays at 2 p.m. and are free.

"Before Midnight" (2013) will be shown on Thursday, Feb. 13. It's a romantic drama and the sequel to "Before Sunrise" (1995) and "Before Sunset" (2004). Almost two decades have passed since Jesse and Celine, now married with children, first met on the train bound for Vienna. The film was directed by Richard Linklater and stars Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy, who are also the co-writers.

On Thursday, Feb. 20, the library will show "Becoming Jane," a 2007 British-Irish historical film depicting the early life of English author Jane Austen and her perpetual love for Thomas Langlois Lefroy. American actress Anne Hathaway plays Austen, and her romantic interest is played by Scottish actor James McAvoy. Also appearing in the film are Julie Walters, James Cromwell and Maggie Smith.

"Royal Wedding," a 1951 musical comedy starring Fred Astaire and Jane Powell will be shown on Thursday, Feb. 27 with music by Burton Lane and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner. A brother-and-sister musical team both find romance when they tour London for Queen Elizabeth II's wedding. The film includes two of Astaire's most beloved dance performances, the hat-rack duet and the now-legendary tap dance on the ceiling.
