Farmers and chefs will discuss the relationship between their respective ends of the food chain at a June 17 program to be hosted by Wakeman Town Farm, 134 Cross Highway.

The "Farmer-Chef Connection" program is set for 6:30 p.m. Food samples and wine will be available.

The discussion will focus on the increasing importance of growing and serving foods grown and prepared locally.
