The Westport Center for Senior Activities will offer four events next week at the center, 21 Imperial Ave.

Adam Propper, a chiropractor and wellness consultant, will discuss "The Art of Staying Young and Flexible" from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13.

Jeanne Licurse, a holistic health expert, will demonstrate how to make a meal of beef barley stew, red pepper and roasted onion foccacia bread and parfait from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday. Cost is $6.

Kristin Carpenter, a hospice social worker at Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fairfield County, will discuss "My Children are Worried about Me" from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday.

A Saturday Social featuring American pot roast, sides, dessert and beverage will be from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Singer Francine Evans and her husband, jazz pianist Joel Zelnik, will perform "Swinging with Sinatra."
