Westport Public Library will host an interactive talk by a naturopathic doctor on stress caused by searching for jobs at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, in the library's McManus Room, 20 Jesup Road.

Paul Epstein will discuss how challenges and stress can be dealt with more effectively through meditation, relaxation and stress reduction.

Epstein is a graduate of the National College of Natural Medicine, which specializes in mind-body integrative medicine and mindful healing. Featured in Spirituality and Health Magazine, he co-founded and co-directed the Israel Center for Mind-Body Medicine. He has taught holistic medicine and counseling on the undergraduate and graduate levels and has trained psychotherapists, mental-health workers, physicians, nurses, yoga teachers and other healthcare professionals in the art and science of mind-body medicine.
