Disturbance at Project Return home ends in arrest

A resident at Project Return, a group home for girls, was arrested last week following a disturbance at the Compo Road North home.
Courtney Lisincchia, 18, was charged with disorderly conduct, police said.
Officers were dispatched to Project Return to investigate a report of a disturbance last Thursday night between two residents.
"Upon arrival, officers interviewed all parties present and arrested Lisincchia," according to a police statement.
Her bond was set at $1,000 and she was scheduled to appear the next day in Norwalk Superior Court.
