Bryant Infantas, 41, of Shelley Road in Bethel, was charged after an officer on patrol saw his car drive through the red light and onto a grassy median, police said. After Infantas’ car was stopped, the officer said his speech was slurred, his eyes were red and there was an odor of alcohol in the vehicle, according to the report.
