Cops: Man charged after pushing woman to ground

WESTPORT — A 33-year-old man was charged with disorderly conduct last Friday after police were called to investigate a possible assault.
The woman reported she had an argument with Hernandez the previous night, and that during the argument, Hernandez pushed her to the ground, injuring her right shoulder and wrist, according to the report.
Hernandez was taken into custody and bond set at $1,000. He was scheduled to have appeared Monday at state Superior Court in Norwalk.
