Louis Albanese II has joined Catamount Wealth Management in Westport as vice president, assisting with client development for the portfolio management team.

Previously, Albanese was an investment principal at Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures. Prior to that, Louis held finance and strategy roles at First Solar.

Albanese has a bachelor’s degree in financial economics from Claremont McKenna College.

Dr. Emoliere C. Williams has joined Westport Family Health, part of Western Connecticut Medical Group at 830 Post Road East.

Williams, who attended Ross University School of Medicine, is board-certified in family medicine and has been practicing for seven years. She completed her family medicine residency through Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons at Stamford Hospital.

She is accepting new adult patients or patients over the age of 18.

Rye Ridge Deli is hiring in advance of an autumn opening, taking the 159 Main St. location of longtime Westport fixture Oscar’s, which closed in August 2016 after a 42-year run under the late Lee Papageorge, who died that month of cancer.

Rye Ridge has two other locations in Stamford and Rye Brook, N.Y., with the deli seeking help in Westport from managers to dishwashers via email at ryeridgewestport@gmail .com.

Gilles Clement has opened a design store on East Putnam Avenue in Greenwich that will become its flagship location. The new store is at 120 E. Putnam Ave. in Mill Post Plaza.

The original showroom along the Saugatuck River in downtown Westport will be retained.

The store sells furniture, fixtures and art among other items.

Balance Point Capital is soliciting investors for a $300 million private equity fund, according to a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission.

From its office in Westport under founder Seth Alvord, Balance Point has invested in multiple Connecticut companies over the years including the Westport-based radio station operator Connoisseur Media.
