Breach of peace charged after Westport parking lot incident

A Jesup Road resident was issued a summons for breach of peace Wednesday after he allegedly caused a disturbance in the parking lot of Walgreen's on Post Road East.
John Hines, 58, became embroiled in a verbal dispute with another person in the pharmacy's parking lot, police said. He was allegedly shouting and making threatening remarks.
He is scheduled to appear July 1 in Norwalk Superior Court.
