Boston woman charged with shoplifting
Diep Quach, 48, of Boston, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after allegedly attempting to steal a black blazer from Antropologie on Sept. 22, police said.
The Post Road East clothing store called police after detaining Quach when she set off the security alarm while trying to exit the store, according to the report. A search warrant for her vehicle was obtained and police reportedly found several items of stolen clothing from various other stores.
Quach was released on $50,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on Oct. 1.
