Save Our Strays has a cat and a dog available for adoption at its animal shelter, 1677 Post Road East:

Jack: This cat is a 2-year-old tuxedo boy who is up to date on all of his shots, has been neutered and is ready for a home. He weighs about 9 pounds but is very long and has a beautiful, shiny coat. He will do well in a home by himself or with other cats.
