STAMFORD — The city’s Zoning Board is holding a public hearing tonight on two different applications, on in Harbor Point and another on Long Ridge Road.

The public is invited to attend and comment on two applications before the Zoning Board. The Zoning Board meeting takes place at 7 p.m. in the fourth floor cafeteria of Government Center, located at 888 Washington Blvd.

The first item is Stamford developer Building and Land Technology request for a special exception approval to fulfill the city’s Below Market Rate housing units requirements through a $7.5 million buyout for two of their upcoming apartment buildings.

The second item pertains to TC NE Metro Development Inc.’s proposal to build a senior living facility that would include 200 senior living apartments at 210 Long Ridge Road. The Zoning Board is scheduled to deliberate on this application after the public hearing.

These applications are available for review in the Land Use Office at Government Cetner from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
