Now that the Election Day dust is beginning to settle, the League of Women Voters of Westport will host the town's two political party leaders to get a behind-the-scenes look into local campaigns.

The league's post-election coffee will take place at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10, at the home of Pamela Davis at 4 Tanglewood Lane in Westport. This annual event is open to the public.

Guest speakers will be Bob Zappi, chairman of the Republican Town Committee, and Jim Ezzes, chairman of the Democratic Town Committee, who will both give an insider view on planning and executing local campaigns. The coffee will offer an opportunity for participants to recap the Nov. 2 election and learn about the league's year-round activities. In addition, anyone interested in finding out more about becoming a member of the Westport league is encouraged to attend.

The League of Women Voters (LWV) is a non-partisan political organization which promotes informed and active participation in government and the community.
