Accomplishment: Hassett, a three-year starter at quarterback, accounted for five touchdowns in a 48-20 win over Immaculate on Saturday. Hassett passed for 117 yards and two touchdowns, rushed for 83 yards and a pair of scores, and returned a punt 50 yards for a touchdown.

Name: Frankie Lynch

School: Staples

Grade: Senior

Sport: Volleyball

Accomplishment: Lynch piled up 26 assists in 3-0 win over Danbury on Oct. 1, 21 assists in 3-0 win over Bridgeport Central on Oct. 3 and 14 aces, one kill and four assists in a 3-0 defeat of Bassick on Friday.
