Gail Lilley Zawacki of Coldwell Banker Riverside Westport has received the 2012 Coldwell Banker International President's Premier award.
She is ranked No. 2 in the Connecticut among Coldwell Banker Realtors and is in the top 1 percent nationwide, according to a news release.
