Washington Trust finances adult community in Oxford
Washington Trust's Commercial Real Estate Group has provided a $6.5 million loan to Timberlake Holdings Co. for the refinancing of undeveloped land with approvals for 385 units at Oxford Greens, an 803-acre active adult community in Oxford. The property surrounds the Oxford Greens 18-hole championship golf course and offers future development opportunities. Washington Trust is a subsidiary of Washington Trust Bancorp.
Sotheby's agents make showing in annual WSJ ranking
Three agents from Sotheby's International Realty's Greenwich office have been included in The Thousand list, an annual ranking by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends, based on 2012 sales. B.K. Bates ranked 127th, with $72 million in sales, Joseph Barbieri ranked 193rd, with $60.26 million and Lyn Stevens ranked 228th, with $54.83 million. Five of the top 50 agents in the nation listed in the Top 250 Sales Professionals by transaction volume category are with the firm.
