FontNEW MILFORD -- A homeless man arrested numerous times for assault and breach of peace was charged last week for attacking a patron outside a downtown restaurant, police said.
Frank Stephens, 46, was charged with breach of peace/simple assault after starting a disturbance outside the eatery 59 Bank Street, police said.©
