A Massachusetts Rotarian will discuss his club's role in providing free dental treatment in the Dominican Republic at the Westport Sunrise Rotary breakfast meeting on Friday, June 7.

TV journalist Jeff Pegues, a Weston resident, is leaving WABC-TV in New York to become a CBS News correspondent, CBS announced. Pegues will be based in Washington and begin his new duties July 8, reporting for all CBS News broadcasts and platforms, CBS said in a news release May 29.

Former television talk-show host Phil Donahue and his actress wife Marlo Thomas have sold their waterfront Beachside Avenue estate in Westport to neighbor Andrew Bentley for $20 million, a 7.56-acre property that had been listed for $27.5 million as recently as March. In April, radio personality Don Imus and his wife, Deirdre, sold their estate at 106 Beachside Ave. for $14.4 million, considerably less than the $30 million originally sought for the waterfront property.
