An overturned big rig lost a load of wooden pallets Thursday morning on U.S. 59 in northeast Houston.

The mishap occurred about 9 a.m. on the ramp from the inbound Eastex Freeway to the eastbound North Loop, according to Houston Transtar.

No injuries were reported.

Officials said the 18-wheeler turned over on its side and the pallets fell off the flat-bed trailer, littering the ramp.

The ramp was blocked while crews cleared the scene. The scattered pallets may take a few hours to cleanup.
