Abandoned business sit on stilts on Waterfront Avenue in Seabrook, Texas. At the waterfront area in Seabrook, across the way from the bustling entertainment area in Kemah, local businesses are rebuilding five years after Hurricane Ike decimated all the businesses. "The Pointe" still has remnants of damage from the storm. Several fish stores returned after the storm, but now on higher stilts. The area mostly holds houses and former restaurants that have visible scars from the storm - half collapsed, weather worn and abandoned.
