This newly-constructed Nantucket shingle style colonial at 23 Burman Hill was built this year by Bluewater Home Builders on a Compo Beach cul-de-sac. Its exterior amenities include a private, level backyard, an outdoor kitchen for al fresco dining, a stone sitting wall and a fireplace with HDTV wiring above it
