Westport weather: Sunny, warming stretch

6:55 am, Monday, January 7, 2013 -- Today will be another sunny day in southwestern Connecticut, with temperatures about 40 degrees -- a trend expected to prevail for most of the week. In addition to clear skies, the National Weather Service says there will be a northwest wind 6 to 11 mph.
