Latest Westport property transfers: $9.2M total

4:19 pm, Saturday, November 3, 2012 -- The Westport Town Clerk's office reports the following property transfers took place Oct. 15-19: 241 Sturges Highway, sold to Jeffrey Nixon and Cathy Hall-Nixon by 241 Sturges LLC, $600,000. Total value of the properties sold is $9,205,000, generating conveyance taxes of $23,012.50.
